Driffield Business Centre is a purpose-built centre providing workshops (light use) and office space to let on easy-in, easy-out terms. The centre is ideal for start up and small businesses.

There are 21 units ranging from 86 square feet to 387 square feet.

The licence agreement is terminable with one months notice. Monthly rental fees are inclusive of rates and building insurance.

Yes, the business centre has a conference room that can accommodate 18 people and a small meeting room that can accommodate 8 people.

How much does it cost to hire the centre's conference facilities?
With effect from 1 April 2012, prices for the conference room are £110 full day, £65 half day, £20 per hour.
Prices for the small meeting room are £50 full day, £30 half day, £10 per hour.
Refreshments (tea, coffee, water and biscuits) available at £1.60 per head.
Television, video/DVD, projector, whiteboard, overhead projector, Internet access and flipchart are all included in the hire charge.
