The Citizens Advice consumer service website can give you practical advice when you have a dispute with a customer concerning the goods or services that have been bought from you.

This website is run by Citizens Advice consumer service, a government-funded telephone and online advice service.  East Riding of Yorkshire Council works in partnership with Citizens Advice consumer service.
