Working with schools

How can my business work with schools?

Think about what you would like to get involved with, how much time you have available to work with the school and what you hope to achieve for yourself, your staff or your company. Your local Education Business Partnership (EBP) can help you to achieve your objectives and advise you on the variety of ways in which you could become involved with education.

Schools frequently look for business sponsors to support events such as:

  • In school projects
  • Presentations evenings
  • Production of a newsletter
  • Careers events

This can be a 'one off' donation or a programme of regular support. Sponsorship can also include in-kind donations such as time or surplus materials which the business can make available. If you are unsure where to start, the Education Business Partnership (EBP) may be able to help you to achieve this.
