We are looking to establish a panel of resident mystery shoppers as a further way of testing our services.
Mystery shoppers will make unannounced visits or telephone calls to services at locations which we specify and will report back on the level of service they receive. By becoming a mystery shopper you will be helping us to check how well we deal with our customers so we can improve our services to all residents.
We will also give you free mystery shopper training.
