Do you monitor the registration services performance?

Yes each year we produce and annual performance report which is available in hard copy from all of our registration offices.

Does East Riding registration and celebratory service report on customer feedback?

Yes. We encourage all of our customers to feedback on the services that they have received.  We evaluate this feedback and produce an annual customer feedback report.

Do you carry out regular surveys your service users?

Yes, we have a rolling programme of surveying each type of service user.  We have carried out recent surveys for birth registrations, ceremony delivery and applications for copy certificates.
