Planning, research and best practice have informed the new concept after a prototype was created and tested with groups of customers and council employees.

Our website will never be finished in the sense that we are committed to continuous improvement. Information will always need updating and refreshing, as will the means by which you find it.
We believe the design of the site, especially the way it focuses on top tasks is a model that we can grow into. It will not get out of date quickly, allowing us to expand and improve over the coming years.
