All requests and comments will be considered, and where necessary, information will be improved and issues fixed.
Where changes are made as a direct result of your feedback, we will detail them in our 'Website improvements' page and contact you with details.
If a response has been requested or is necessary, we will aim to respond by email on the same working day (Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm). Although some enquiries may take longer (a further 1-2 days), we will ultimately respond within 10 working days.

There may be a number of reasons why certain parts of the website may not display correctly:
Your internet browser may need updating
Your browser (e.g. Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome) may be an old version which needs upgrading. Upgrading will not only improve the display of websites, but will improve security features and the speed of internet browsing.
Upgrading or installing a new browser is very quick and is free. Take a look at the following links to the latest versions of popular browsers:

Documents may require a plug-in to open correctly
If some documents do not open correctly, you may need to install a plug-in which allows your computer to read them.

Maps may need a plug-in to display
The website uses different kinds of maps, which are listed in the maps section. These maps require a plug-in from Microsoft called Silverlight. Silverlight is quick, safe and free to install.
If you don't have Silverlight installed and you try to view a map, a link will appear asking you to install it. Alternatively, you can use the link below:
