Additional useful information
Bins should be put out for collection by 7am on the morning of collection and taken back in afterwards on the same day. If you live on a farm or have a private ten foot, you should present your bin at the nearest point to the public road. Help is available for those who have difficulty wheeling out their bins.

Your local Household Waste Recycling Site will be open during bank holidays as normal, 10am to 5pm 7 days per week, except for the Christmas arrangements. For further enquiries telephone the Customer Service Network on (01482) 393939.

With the roll out of the new fortnightly collection service the council is introducing a new single text message service which will send text message reminders the night before blue, green and brown bin collections. The only cost for this service is the initial text message to us.
Information on how to subscribe to the new service will be included in the information pack. You will also be able to find how to subscribe by viewing the online bin collection calendar once you have moved onto fortnightly collections.
You will need to cancel any existing reminders by texting STOP to 07786 200401 for blue bin reminders, and STOP to 07786 200416 for brown bin reminders.
