Yes, the council's pest control service provides advice and treatment for a range of pests including insects, birds, rodents and other mammals. You can book a pest control treatment for residential or commercial properties.

Visits can take place any time between 8am and 4pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. We are unable to provide a specific time slot, however we try to visit the same areas on certain days:
Yes, for certain treatments you must prepare your property beforehand.
A lack of preparation could make a treatment unsafe or cause re-infestation of the whole building. We will advise you on how you must prepare your property when we confirm your booking.
Please note: if we find it is not practical or safe to carry out the treatment when we arrive at your property, you will be charged a call-out fee.
No, we do not remove or exterminate bees as they form an important part of our environment. Honey bee swarms are more common during spring and summer months. If you suspect you have a honey bee swarm, you can find a local beekeeper on the find a local beekeeper on the British Beekeepers Association website who may be willing to remove them.
Please note: beekeepers may seek to recover the expenses, such as travel costs, of offering this service to you. Please check this with your beekeeper before making any arrangements.
