Medibus can provide residents of the East Riding of Yorkshire with transport from your front door to local hospitals, doctor's surgeries, clinics and dentists. Passengers can also use the service for visiting friends and relatives in hospital. All the vehicles used on the service are wheelchair accessible.

For further information or to book a journey on the Medibus contact the dedicated Medibus Callcentre on (08456) 445959. The Medibus Callcentre's operational hours are 0830 to 1630 Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Once your booking has been accepted the driver will call you the night before to advise you of your approximate pick up time. Please be ready a few minutes before the time the driver gives you.

Current Disabled and National Bus Passes can be used on the Medibus service. However, if you are a National Bus Pass holder and you travel on the Medibus before 0930 you will be charged a fare at the current single fare rate. Passengers who do not hold a current bus pass will also be charged a fare. Please contact the Medibus Callcentre for current fare information.
