To allow us to respond to your request in the quickest possible time we will need to know some key information, location, specific fault etc. Whilst we endeavour to respond to all fault reports within the quickest possible time, depending on the nature of the fault it may take a little longer to get repaired, for example if there is a problem with the electricity supply.
