You should send the date and time of your journey and the duration of your visit to the Lock Keeper, giving at least 24 hours' notice (ideally 48 hours' notice).
There are a few ways in which you can contact the Lock Keeper:

Post written notification at Lock Keeper’s Cottage, Waterside Road, Beverley, East Riding of Yorkshire, HU17 0SU (requires 36 hours' notice)
Email firstname.lastname@example.org and copy in email@example.com (requires 36 hours' notice)
If you cannot reach the Lock Keeper, please send your journey date and time to us by:
