Does the council operate an accredited home scheme?

The Council has operated an accredited home and accredited home of excellence scheme since 2010. The scheme has been developed to recognise good practice and reward responsible letting by landlords.

We are currently reviewing the accreditation scheme and are temporarily not accepting new applications. If you wish to be kept up to date with the changes, please subscribe to our monthly e-newsletter which is free to all landlords who own or manage properties in the East Riding.
