Work Choice is a national Department of Work and Pensions programme that helps disabled people with the skills, motivation and confidence to get a job. Work Choice in England is part-financed by the European Union. East Riding of Yorkshire Council delivers the service in parts of the East Riding.
Work Choice will:
- match your needs and abilities with suitable job vacancies;
- help you with job applications and interviews;
- and support you in your workplace and support your employer to help develop your skills.

Participants must live in the East Riding* and be aged 18 or over.
You need to be referred by your disability employment advisor at your local Jobcentre. You can always call us for an informal chat though.
