Two rooms are available to hire on the first floor of the Treasure House. A small meeting room, which seats 10 people, and a larger education room which can seat groups of up to 30.
When hiring the education room, it is important to note that priority is given to school use, therefore you may be asked to cancel, with a minimum of two weeks notice, if a school requires the room.
Bookings for the education room cannot be made more than three months in advance.
The education room, which can seat up to 30 people, can be laid out in boardroom style, cafe style or auditorium style.

The meeting room can seat up to 10 people in committee style around one central table only. The following equipment is available:

Disabled access is available to both rooms by lift. Toilets are available on the ground floor.
Tea, coffee, and buffet lunches can be provided by prior arrangement.

Please note that for bookings that extend outside of the Treasure House opening times, an additional fixed rate of £30 per hour will be incurred for staff costs as two members of staff required.

Yes, there is a free public wi-fi service in the Treasure House.
For meetings, the Internet can be displayed on the white board operated from a pc in the meeting room.
Note: Members of the public are unable to access the council's private network.
