Please note that there is a £25 cancellation fee if a ceremony is cancelled after the formal Notice of Marriage or Civil Partnership has been given and any time after a Pay and Discuss appointment or within 28 calendar days before the ceremony.
Cancellation after a Pay and Discuss appointment or within 28 calendar days before the ceremony will incur a £50 fee.
Cancellation within 24 hours of the ceremony will result in East Riding Registration and Celebratory Services retaining the whole ceremony fee.
