We offer three standard ceremonies, the Bronze, the Silver and the Gold.
These ceremonies are all delivered to a high standard and allow some enhancements within the standard time slot provided. There are options for readings, exchange of rings and the formal ‘giving away’ of the bride or one partner.
The Bronze ceremony is the shortest of the 3 standard ceremonies, yet the Silver ceremony script has more of a modern twist to it, whilst the Gold is more traditionally worded.
We also offer a Platinum ceremony which attracts an additional fee.
The Platinum service ensures that, whenever possible a dedicated registrar will be allocated to you and work with you to piece together your very own bespoke ceremony. You will receive a commemorative copy of your personal ceremony, order of the ceremony, a verse book and in the case of a marriage an information DVD.
We welcome the involvement of family and friends through delivery of poetry or readings and would be happy to offer advice or make suggestions.

We offer a standard group citizenship ceremony with an allowance of 2 guests or, for an additional fee a private ceremony with the option to invite more personal guests.
Further information about this can be found on the citizenship ceremonies page.
All of our legal and non legal ceremonies can be held in our registration office ceremony rooms or in premises that have been approved by the council.
East Riding of Yorkshire approved venues
A celebratory ceremony may follow the legal registration of a marriage/formation of a civil partnership. At the moment the law states that registrations and formations must take place within approved venues. By carrying out the legal registration or formation beforehand we can then conduct the celebratory ceremony in a non approved premise such as a private home or a marquee. These ceremonies can also be carried out outside of the legal hours for marriage or civil partnership, offering more flexibility.
Unlike some unregulated independent celebrants our ceremonies are delivered by highly-trained professional staff whose performance is monitored and regularly assessed. Our professional team have been accredited with a number of national awards and aim to deliver a quality bespoke service.
Fees for ceremonies vary according to the type, time and location. You can select the appropriate ceremony for your budget or your service requirements.
